The older guy did not have good customer service. The approach felt more like making a dollar than helping with my instant need and request for two used tire. Then when I wouldn't go for the new tires at $182 a piece, I get brushed off. So I took my business somewhere else and got exactly what I was seeking for a good price.

I took my GMC envoy in today to get 2 new front tires, I arrived at approximately 3:50 PM . The guy had me in the shop within 5 minutes ,I was informed of the price and I was impressed!there was three people working, one guy running the place, it was like a well oiled machine! I was out of there by 4:p.m.! Thank yall so much for the timely and professional service.

I took my car to them because i had a fast leak. They plugged something that didn’t need plugging just to get me out the shop. Plus, they Plugged the side wall of the tire and they didn’t tell me. I live far away, so i called the owner of the company who then told me that i was a liar. He said that they told me it was the side wall and they have me on camera saying, “I will wait till i get back to Texas because the tires are cheaper”! (I would never take a chance with my families live’s for a $280 tire) 1) The owner was not there. So, he would not know what happened. (No customer service) 2) tires are 3x the price in Texas. 3) I’m certain his video cameras do not record sound. So he lied. Which furthermore, is an attempt to insults my intelligence! He sent me a nasty email also (Once again attempting to insulting my intelligence). About a review, saying how other people were in the room when he was talking to me therefore, he was not being rude nor condescending. I only wanted the problem fixed. ———>HARD PASS ON THIS PLACE! ~ *Mississippi is still 40 years behind the rest of the world! With establishments like this and owner with no integrity is why!*

Went here to have my tires checked and possibly buy new tires. When I got there the power was out, I don't hold that against them since they had no control over that. However, I only found out that the power was out while he was speaking to another employee. He did not let me know whether or not they would be able to help me with the power out. When I approached the front counter the guy was doing something on his phone. I said good morning and he did not acknowledge me, he just let me stand there while he finished looking at his phone. When he was through he asked me what kind of tires I wanted, I told him. He then walked outside still without telling me if I had to wait for the power to come back before they could help me. On top of that he had a lit cigarette in his hand while on the job infront of me. I am allergic to cigarette smoke. After waiting for a few more minutes hoping the power would come back I left and went to the Riverbend in Flowood instead. They were a lot more helpful and professional.
